Here’s an educational screenprinting video about mesh preparation. This is a production run video with some tips included. Here I prepare 6 screens for emulsion coating. Follow along as we test out the new shop and the repaired drainage system. This video features RhinoTech products and the CPS Work Station from CPS and MacDermid Autotype. You’ll get to see screens being mesh prepped one after the other using the pressure washer and garden hose in the washout booth.
