Here’s a very cool screenprinting video showing how Ranar does some of the CNC machining to make the print head parts from aluminum for the Elite Series II rotary printing machines. These parts are cast aluminum and then they are finished off with a CNC machine which computer cuts, drills, and finishes the parts to factory specifications. These printing presses are made to print tee shirts and other textiles but they are capable of printing anything flat enough to fit on the pallet between the screen and the pallet.
