Sometimes after you have exhausted examining all variables in the process, you will need to look at the emulsion you are using. Not all emulsions are created equal especially these new “hybrid” emulsions. In my experience using a high quality dedicated dual cure or photopolymer is the best way to go. Screen making is not that hard, honestly. But you need to make sure you are using excellent emulsion. Try my house dressing. You’ll love it!
