Vinyl Plotter: Cutting, Weeding And Applying Custom Stickers To Vehicle

Here’s an educational screen printing video about using a vinyl plotter or cutter to make a custom sticker and applying it to a vehicle window. This is a re-edit of the original longer version where we introduced the Saga vinyl plotters and cutters. Here is the meat of the video with just the action in an abridged version for your viewing pleasure. You can follow along as the vinyl sheet is cut, weeded, and has application tape applied. Then you can see me apply it to the window of my van. A vinyl plotter is an easy way to do your own branding or offer stickers to your existing customers. You can also do storefront window signage and vehicle signage. Doing it on glass makes it easy to remove but you can of course go all out with vinyl graphics on a car or truck. Just remember for larger volume sticker orders, you will have to weed out each sticker yourself and apply the application tape for the customer. That can be a lot of labor. This sort of service is better for larger sized, low volume stickers for business branding and advertising, etc…
