It’s a 400 nanometer wavelength LED exposure unit with 90 degree directional LED’s. It has a quiet vacuum pump instead of the standard vacuum motor which is great for repeated exposures all day long in the shop. It has a programmable touch screen so you can make your own presets for exposures. Create a setting for yellow mesh or perhaps a particular emulsion. Maybe even specific jobs can be programed if you like. With a programed automatic vacuum dump and a manual releaser valve you can get your screen out in a jiffy and head straight to the washout booth. This will come complete with proofing lights, vacuum rope and a durable neoprene blanket. This screen printing equipment is built by screen printers, for screen printers. Made in the USA!
