Screen Printing Photography and Imagery

Here’s another still of some metal handle squeegees I did with my crappy camera…. LOL. I do a lot of these. But I do most all of the composition and lighting in camera. Then I bring it into Photoshop for a few minor tweaks. Digital photography is a lot of fun because it is very forgiving and inexpensive to make images. Analogue photography can take a lot of time and money to work with. I’ve been having a lot of fun helping people learn how to screen print tee shirts these days and working some still photography into that has been enjoyable.

But remember there’s always something new to learn and I’m not the end all of screen printing. I am good at what I do but there are a lot of excellent screen printers out there that have wicked skill at highly technical printing on textiles and posters. I think what I am saying is it’s always important to remember you can always learn something new from someone else and no one single person knows it all. What I teach in my videos is simply my personal take on the subject. Enjoy it for what it is and always seek new knowledge. Have a great weekend everyone! I’m open on Saturdays of you’re in the Phoenix area 😉
