Screenprinting: Why Do Registration Problems Occur When Flash Curing On Press?

Here’s another educational screen printing video about flash curing on press when you’re printing multiple color designs. If you have ever had any registration problems while using a flash cure on press then you’ll want to watch this video for sure. In this tutorial video about screenprinting I explain why a flash cure unit could cause registration problems on press. This video will help you understand the nuances of using a flash cure to semi cure inks. Sometimes people have issues with registration being perfect at first and then changing intermittently or on every shirt. If you set the job up and the registration is perfect but then as you print you find that some or many shirts are out of registration, you could be having a flash cure problem. Screenprinting: Why Does Plastisol Ink Wash Off A White Under Base In Laundry?

This type of situation could occur anytime you are over printing plastisol ink onto plastisol ink that has been flash cured on press.
