Here’s a very interesting automatic screen printing press from ASPE RapidTag. ASPE had their machines out in full swing and in printing action so it was a great opportunity to see this baseball cap press which seems to be capable of printing multiple colors on foam trucker hats. That’s pretty cool and for those who print a lot of hats for promotional sales this machine could make sense. I would imagine the stiffer the hat build is, the harder it will be to get onto the pallet properly as with most any hat printing system. This machine has a hold down system that catches the bill and pulls the back down. The pallet is larger than most hat pallets and allows for ideal positioning of the art without having to worry about the crown crease near the top. I hope you enjoy this short look at this machine.
