Here’s another screen printing video from the January ISS show in Long Beach 2018. Here we take another look at the LP1 and LP2 which are the original 1 and 2 color versions of the RapdTag machines by ASPE. These automatic presses were designed to print tags and labels but they can actually print most anything you can fit onto the pallet. Koosies, pocket tees, short sleeves, napkins, and most anything flat enough to fit on the pallet. Basically the limitations of what you can print are only within the boundaries of your imagination and creativity. These little units run on electric and low air pressure. They come basically assembled on a pallet and there’s very little install. These pneumatic presses also run on lower air pressure like 100PSI to 110PSI. The founder of ASPE RapidTag, Alexander Szyszko has been in the screen printing industry for over 35 years. In this time, he has become an expert in engineering, manufacturing and innovating screen printing equipment. In the past, screen printers used pad printing or large automatic machines to produce tag-less labels. Those methods have some pros and cons, but ultimately were not efficient enough for today’s production demands. That’s how the ASPE RapdTag was born.
